According to the comics and tv series iZombie, zombies have very low blood pressure and heart rates..... I think they both got it wrong though...it isn't brains I want, it is skeins!

Maybe I am a Zombie
I really hope she couldn't count!*
But on the positive side, that isn't a bad blood pressure for someone who is about to hit the big five oh. (even if for me it is a little higher than normal.)
